If you are a United States Military Veteran or currently serving in the Military, title 38 of the U.S. code allows for 100% of your tuition to RBC plus books and tools to be paid by the Veterans Administration.

You may be eligible for tuition funding through these programs: I-Train, WIB, E.D.D. - SSI, plus all Retrain     programs.

If you currently own a complete State approved Barber tool kit and/or text books your may not be required to purchase them through RBC.
